  • Each bonus has an expiry period; unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.
  • Only one bonus can be active at a time.
  • A maximum bet limit may apply to wagers placed with bonus funds.
  • In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • hb998 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

hb998 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. By playing regularly, players can gradually advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Cashback is credited to eligible accounts every Monday within a specified time. Wagering requirements also apply to cashback bonuses.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are considered final only after they have been properly confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled, though exceptions may be made in the case of technical errors. Players are solely responsible for verifying their bets before placing them.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

  • Bets will be settled after the result has been officially announced.
  • If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the relevant bets may be cancelled and stakes returned.
  • If bet settlement is delayed due to a technical issue during live betting, a decision will be made in accordance with the prior rules.

07 Prohibited Activities

  • Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
